Your links are very verb-oriented...and demanding. Would you be insulted if I rebelled against the tyranny of your links and did the exact opposite of what they compelled me to do? Or would that be falling into the conformity of non-conformance that my generation has both had thrust upon them and has in kind thrust upon themselves? But then, when we begin to worry about conformity in any sense for the sake of conformity (or non-comformity) we truly begin to lose who we are and become paralyzed by our struggle to balance an image that does not reflect who we were made to be but instead is imposed by what others try to make us and therefore everything we do becomes as close to meaningless as possible, just one more empty husk in a pile of shadows and run-on sentences.
please...try to think of the wordings as suggestions of the "i'm excited about this" variety. they were never meant to be demanding. so don't conform, and don't rebel - just do whatever your slightly-larger-than-average heart desires!
