*sigh* it's so pretty; i wish you all could see it - complete with lyrics written in ryan's (i'm guessing, since it's definitely not rob's) scrawl, underneath the disc.
got home a little while ago from their show at the cradle with sleepsound (with whom i was not terribly impressed), classic case (lovely to see, as always), and io (for whom i did not stay, and have never heard; and about whom, therefore, i have nothing to say in an ironic number of words). boxbomb, though, just keeps getting better and better. they sounded amazing tonight (except for rob's vocals being a bit sharp at one point - and as he so aptly put it, better sharp than flat). so absolutely incredible. i seriously feel privileged to know these guys. i swear, someday i'm going to be impressing people i know by telling them, "yeah - we go way back. i used to work at a coffee shop with a couple of those guys, back when they were just getting started..."
anyway. that's my plug for boxbomb. if you get a chance, you should get out and see them sometime. or at the very least listen to their record...

This is why I surround myself with awesome people. It's always a good feeling to just be able to say "Oh, me? Yeah, I'm with them". (; Then again, being me is pretty awesome too. I mean, I wouldn't trade me in for anybody else. Would you?
